Mike Graham joined Send in July 2023 to head up its Commercial function and has a remit which extends to process, pricing, contracts and alliances. He has built a close cooperation with SI delivery partners, tech partners and advisory bodies and understands the need for close collaboration to drive the best outcomes for all stakeholders. As much as he hates to admit it, and despite a brief sabbatical as a scuba instructor, he has over 30 years’ experience in the Insurance sector working for core systems providers and Insurtechs. He was most recently a strategic lead at Guidewire.

Jakub Wroblewski is an experienced Manager leading London Market Practice at Sollers Consulting. He has spent the last 15 years delivering digital transformation programs for financial sector customers in Europe and the US. Since 2017, his focus has been on commercial and specialty insurance, delivering several programs helping insurance clients to leverage technology to improve efficiency of their claims, policy admin, underwriting, finance and data processes. His field of expertise includes specialty insurance, core system and underwriting workbench implementations, credit risk assessment, operational efficiency. He has developed relations with Sollers key partners such as Send, Guidewire or Moody’s Analytics.

Britton Van Dalen currently leads Alpha FMC's US Insurance Consulting business. Britton has over 25 years experience working for both insurance companies and consultancies operating within the insurance market. Previous to Alpha FMC, Britton spent over 17 years working in Deloitte's insurance practice.
