Aditya Sanghvi 
Aditya is an Innovation Manager at CFC who focusses on developing breakthrough innovations by creating and trading novel products that address emerging risks and evolving customer demands. Adi is an integral part of the team that has developed CFC’s new Carbon Insurance proposition, and he leads several aspects of it. Adi is also an exam-qualified actuary and prior to CFC, he worked in management consulting for seven years where he gained experience in several functions across the insurance value chain.
 
Lauren O'Rourke
Lauren O’Rourke has been leading Exposure Management teams across Insurance and Reinsurance companies for the last 19 years delivering data, modelling and analytics services across the business for firms including Liberty, Brit and Argo. She has most recently joined Apollo as the Exposure Manager for New Syndicates. Lauren is passionate about DEI and is part of the Alumni for the Insurance Breakfast Club and an Alumni Advisor for the EDII Digital Minds Programme. Outside of Insurance, Lauren is the co-founder of Sew Social Newham, a free community sewing group based in East London.
